Effect I – The Electricity Board has published the details of areas where power shutdowns are expected tomorrow in City X. Effect II – The municipal commissioner of City X has clarified that the technical glitch which led to multiple electricity bills being generated would be resolved within 48 hours. Effect III – Long queues were seen outside the electricity board offices in many localities.
